Sarah G in ASAP 08

My last post was about Sarah Geronimo and Billy Crawford in ASAP 08 performing 4 minutes originally by Madonna and Justin Timberlake. Because of that I added another category — ASAP 08. I just figured I watch it sometimes and have some favorite performances, why not blog about it… right? So here it is, some of my faves and coincidentally by Sarah G. again. She is the only one among the few that I can listen to and not cringe at. I am not a super fan but I like her a lot.

The first vid is Lovestoned by Justin Timberlake. Never heard of a female version? Well.. you’re in for a treat! I seriously didn’t know that she can do some dancing but hey.. she got moves alright. It’s not JabbaWockeeZ level but it’s okay. This is a shorter version of the song where she’s just one of the four artists who performed in different arrangements (of Lovestoned). Her version caught my attention.

Here’s another vid of Sarah as well. I didn’t know who the original artist that performed this song when she sang it and it was the first time I heard it. It turns out to be Fergie for the soundtrack of Sex and the City movie. Must be because I heard Sarah sang it first that I prefer her version than Fergie’s. Don’t know really… I just like her interpretation.
